Sunset Grille Menu

The most frequently requested dinner reservation on the island of Aruba continues to be a table at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Sunset Grille at the Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa. The popularity of the restaurant’s cuisine extended to New York City when in October 2007 a very special dinner, Sunset Over Aruba, took place at the prestigious James Beard House.

Created by Executive Chef Matthew Boland, this four-course Aruban-inspired menu, complete with wine pairing, is now available each evening at Sunset Grille for $99 per person with a minimum of four persons and 24 hours notice.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If making reservation online, please request the James Beard Menu or mention it to the restaurant reservations staff when making reservations.

*Since 1986, the James Beard Foundation has been at the forefront of America’s culinary revolution as chefs from the finest restaurants cook in the kitchen of James Beard’s legendary Greenwich Village home. The foundation was established to honor the late cooking teacher, journalist and food consultant who is widely considered the father of American gastronomy. Chefs present their culinary art to Beard Foundation members, friends and the media in much the same way musicians perform in Carnegie Hall.
